Our front door had a significant amount of rot in the frame, brick mold and casing. Craig from Mel Martin came promptly for a quote. He carefully assessed the damage, created a plan to fix it and gave us solid pricing quotes for multiple scenarios. In the end, we opted to replace all the rotted casing material, installed an updated front door and associated side lites. Most impressive was his custom detail work on the exterior molding. To prevent future rot in this area, he reconstructed the highly detailed brick mold around our door using PVC molding that is now weather tight and looks exceptional. Craig is a true craftsman in every sense of the word, highly professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with.
